DELIVERY:
All visitors to the site receive a free delivery when ordering one or more products worth more than BGN 79. For orders below BGN 79 - the delivery price is BGN 3 for Sofia and BGN 5 for the whole country; Free delivery does not apply to products with a larger volume and weight / length over 60 cm and weight over 31 kg /. The delivery of such products is 20 BGN for each individual box that exceeds these parameters. For delivery to a fixed-hour address between 10:30 and 16:30 an additional fee is payable (for some settlements this option is not available); for shipments up to 5 kg. the fee is BGN 3; to 20 kg. the fee is BGN 6; from 20 kg. up to 60 kg. The fee is 12 leva.
Delivery time:
The team of Bebemarket.bg handles and sends your ordered products within 1 to 3 business days depending on the settlement and the stock of your chosen products. Verified orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are accepted and processed and, if possible, shipped on the same day. Orders made after 13:00 are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Payment:
In cash, the amount is paid to the courier in cash upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a delivery note and money transfer note or cash receipt note if you have paid in cash or with a card at the vendor's office. In case of payment by electronic means, by bank transfer or by ePay, the amount is paid in advance. The relevant payment system will provide you with a translation document. When paying via ePay, you'll need to sign up for their bank card payments system. Important! Keep the document certifying payment (receipt, postal money order, ePay statement or bank transfer) because you need it in case of warranty service. Important! The deliveries are made by courier companies LEO Express, Speedy and Rapido. Your order can be delivered to your address or you can get it from an office of the courier company. If you wish to be delivered to an office, please mark it in the "comments" field when finalizing the order. Important! In the case of a temporarily exhausted quantity of an item, we will let you know about it and offer you the best analogue product. We will also give you additional information about when your chosen product will be available in case you do not want to replace it with another one.
