Tips for expressing with the Medela Easy Expression bustier:

Many mothers can now express milk while keeping their hands free to perform other activities. Thanks to its special design, you can attach the breast pump shield directly and continue doing other things, such as reading a book or browsing the internet.

It may take a little practice to make sure the breast shield is positioned correctly and that no milk remains in the breast.

The following tips may be helpful:

• Do not press the breast shield too firmly against the breast.
• After the first pumping session, check the shape of your breasts and make sure there are no marks left by the breast shield.
• If necessary, adjust the vacuum strength of the pump.
• Check the breast after expressing to ensure that no milk remains.
